Customer Success Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Customer Success Manager with experience selling Saas over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations. You will be responsible for managing a client book, proactively reaching out to upsell/cross-sell solutions, and for ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate has a history of successfully managing customer relationships, hitting sales quotas, and adeptly preserving and expanding the customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Proficiently manage the install base and turn them into long-term profitable relationships

  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from customer outreach to successful upsell/cross-sell

  • Successfully achieve a monthly customer retention target

  • Understand client needs, recommend solutions, and negotiate pricing and services

Skills and Qualifications

  • Two years’ experience as a Client Success Manager or similar sales/customer service role

  • Knowledge of sales and negotiating principles

  • Proficiency in networking, relationship management, and leveraging install base campaigns

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with an aptitude to learn and leverage systems

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships with existing clients

  • Stellar organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong business acumen
