Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Customer Success Manager with experience selling Saas over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations. You will be responsible for managing a client book, proactively reaching out to upsell/cross-sell solutions, and for ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate has a history of successfully managing customer relationships, hitting sales quotas, and adeptly preserving and expanding the customer base.
Proficiently manage the install base and turn them into long-term profitable relationships
Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
Manage the entire sales cycle from customer outreach to successful upsell/cross-sell
Successfully achieve a monthly customer retention target
Understand client needs, recommend solutions, and negotiate pricing and services
Skills and Qualifications
Two years’ experience as a Client Success Manager or similar sales/customer service role
Knowledge of sales and negotiating principles
Proficiency in networking, relationship management, and leveraging install base campaigns
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with an aptitude to learn and leverage systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with existing clients
Stellar organizational and time-management skills
Strong business acumen
