Mission

Our mission at TradePending is “simple automotive”, bridging the gap between the information dealers have with the information consumers want.

TradePending launched Trade, our revolutionary trade-in tool in December of 2014. It quickly became the most rapidly adopted trade-in tool for auto dealerships in the US. Shortly thereafter we launched the TradePending API to make this data available to the automotive industry to power their own products.

In early 2019, we made history again launching Badges, a one-of-a-kind inventory enhancement & merchandising tool that revolutionizes the consumer shopping experience.

In February 2021 we launched Offer. This provides dealers with a configurable trade-in offer process that keeps website conversions high, built upon the industry’s most accurate valuation methodology.

In March 2022 we acquired AutoAPR to continue adding amazing people and products to our company.

In August 2023 we acquired Snapcell to add even more amazing people and products to the team.

In October 2023 we acquired yet another amazing company, Fixed Ops Digital. We are excited to add their amazing people and products to the team.
