Ever landed on a vehicle detail page (VDP) and been overwhelmed with call-to-action (CTA) buttons? We have too. Let’s take a look at one and discuss.
This CTA stack on this VDP is better than the ones we’ve reviewed in rounds 1 and 2, but wow there’s still a lot going on here.
There are 4 ways for a customer to do something with a payment, whether to calculate one, estimate one, personalize one, or explore one.
What’s the difference? How is the customer ever gonna know that?
The “schedule a test drive” and trade-in buttons we’ve got no problem with, but the “Click to Call” button with the text in a tiny font size should 100% go.
We’d cut the payment options from one down to four and pick one color for the buttons so it doesn’t look like a novice designer got a hold of the page.
What else would you change?
