Keeping your service offers up to date is hard because it’s hard to make sure you’ve got the same prices across all your marketing channels, and across all of your dealerships.
But it’s a noble effort that needs doing because your customers want to know how much your service costs!
When we look across all of the dealers, here are the approaches we see used most often.
The first, and the roughest, is doing nothing. No prices, or really out of date offers, or a steaming pile of vagueness that’s not helpful. This approach costs you nothing, but you gotta realize people are bouncing to the places that aren’t afraid to share their prices online.
The second approach is to use the basic coupon builder within your website. It’s included and costs little to nothing, so that’s good. The downside is that it doesn’t sync your offers across your other marketing channels, so you’ve got to manually make sure those stay accurate, and you get limited data on which offers are actually driving results.
The third approach is to hire an agency to do all of this for you. This is wonderful because you don’t have to do squat, but will easily be the most expensive approach.
The final approach is to use a software tool to manage it for you.
