Industry consultant and video advocate Durran Cage of Cage Automotive recently shared the stats from a year-long study of a dealership group with less than 5 rooftops.

By enforcing a process to send all of their leads a video, their team contacted 15% more leads. That’s a simple win right there. 

They increased appointments set by 56% with video, 599 more when comparing year over year. 

They saw 296 more appointments kept. 

Here’s the real payoff in two flavors: they sold 291 more units (a 25% Y/Y increase) and their average days to sale sped up by 31% decreasing from 10.6 days to 7.3 days.
