Ancira Winton Chevy Welcomes Back TradePending’s Video For Sales

Eunice Arnett is the BDC Manager and Internet Director at Ancira Winton Chevrolet in San Antonio, TX. She oversees everything digital and internet, which means she juggles many different responsibilities, one of which is overseeing the sales team’s use of video.

Ancira Winton Chevrolet requires that every new lead receive a personalized video. They both hold their team accountable as well as provide bonuses for hitting their video targets. That’s how important video is to their sales process.

Having previously worked with TradePending’s Video for Sales (formerly Snapcell), the dealership made the decision to switch to Covideo, but quickly reverted back to TradePending after facing challenges with onboarding, usability, and reliability.

The TradePending onboarding and customer success teams worked together with Eunice and her team to bring TradePending’s Video For Sales back into the dealership, so that Ancira’s sales team could continue sending personalized videos to their prospects and customers. No onboarding goes perfectly, but both teams worked together to quickly resolve any initial challenges, with expert help and advice from Mari Fonseca, a TradePending Customer Success Manager.

“Working with Mari is great. She’s always there to help us, not just with resolving issues, but providing our team with best practices and ideas we can implement,” says Arnett.

Given the importance that Eunice and her team place on 100% of leads receiving a video, the usability and reliability of TradePending ensure the easiest possible route to adoption.

“I’m so glad to be back,” says Arnett. “The app is so much more user friendly, and the videos upload instantly, versus having to wait five to ten minutes for each new recording.”

The analytics console also provides necessary insight for both coaching and accountability. “When we see a rep hitting their video send targets, but not selling more cars, we drill into open rates and watch rates. We know
exactly who needs coaching and what to coach them on,” says Arnett.
